Delete Your Maviel Account

You can request deletion of your Maviel account and all associated data at any time. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option A – Delete from the app

Open Maviel → go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option B – Email us

Send an email to with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Retention period: Some anonymised, non-identifiable usage data (e.g. aggregate analytics) may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for internal reporting purposes only. This data cannot be linked back to you.
